Welcome to Tyrannosaurus Tot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our online store, our book & craft subscription boxes, our memberships, and our children's bookstore and craft studios in Bowling Green and Richmond, Virginia. By using our website, placing an order, or registering for our programs, you agree to these Terms.

Using Our Website
Our website and services are designed for use by adults. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order, create an account, purchase a membership, or register a child for a class or event. By using the site, you confirm that any information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Products, Pricing & Orders
We do our best to describe our books, craft kits, and other products accurately, but we can't guarantee that every description, photo, or price is error-free. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including orders with pricing errors — and will refund you in full if we cancel your order. All payments on the online store are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us at hello@tyrannosaurustot.com and we'll make it right. Subscription Boxes & Memberships
Subscription boxes and memberships renew automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors — Shopify Payments for boxes, Stripe for memberships) to charge your payment method on each renewal date at the then-current price. We'll notify you in advance of any price change. You can cancel anytime through your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges but doesn't refund charges already made for boxes that have shipped or membership periods already underway. Classes, Camps & Events
Registration for classes, camps, workshops, and most events is handled through Sawyer (hisawyer.com), and Sawyer's terms apply to the registration and payment process. A parent or legal guardian must complete every registration, provide accurate information about their child (including allergies or other needs we should know about), and remain reachable during any drop-off program. Birthday Parties

In Our Studios
Our studios are hands-on spaces for kids — that's the point — and craft materials, tools, and the occasional glitter spill come with the territory. Except during designated drop-off programs, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. You agree to follow the posted studio rules and the reasonable instructions of our staff. We may ask anyone who is endangering themselves, other children, or the space to leave. While we take safety seriously and design every activity to be age-appropriate, you acknowledge that craft and play activities carry ordinary risks inherent to children's activities.
Our Content
Everything on this site — our name, logo, "Book Play," our photos, copy, curricula, and designs — belongs to Tyrannosaurus Tot or is used with permission. You may not copy, resell, or use it commercially without our written consent. Book covers and publisher descriptions belong to their respective rights holders.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyrannosaurus Tot disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the website, store, or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Your continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
